These bears are not toys and are intended for adult collectors only. 

They are not suitable for children under 14 years old.

 

The photographs of the bears on this website may not completely represent the true colour

and texture due to lighting and camera.

All the height measurements have been taken from top of the ears to the heel and are approximate.

2.  Payments can be made by PayPal or bank transfer after you have given me your contact details.

The postage cost will vary

for each bear as they are all different weights and will be added to your payment.

3.  I will confirm payment and delivery details including the cost and timescale for delivery.

4.  Once payment has been completed, the bears will be sent to you suitably packaged

using a signed for service

 which is fully insured and trackable.

Overseas customers please note that they are responsible for

any and all import and/or customs, duties or taxes. I will declare the full purchase price.

If full payment is not received within 7 days of ordering a bear

I reserve the right to cancel the order

 and the bear will be put back onto the bears for adoption page.

I am unable to offer a 'layaway' service on purchases.

                                                                                          COMMISSIONS

​

If you want a special bear for an occasion and would like to commission a bear,

please do get in touch with me on the 'Contact Elaine' page

and I will be happy to discuss your requirements.

Commission waiting times will vary,

but I aim to have your bear completed within one month of the order.

I do not take a deposit to undertake your commission.

​

Once your bear is completed I will send you their photographs for first refusal.

If they are not what you wanted,

 you will not be under any obligation to purchase them 

and they will be placed onto the website for adoption. 

Should you decide to purchase the bear,

the same payment and delivery terms as above will apply.

REPAIRS

​

Providing the bear has not been abused or mis-handled, within a year of purchase,

I will rectify manufacturing faults.

You are responsible for returning the bear to me.

I will do repairs to the best of my ability and return it to you free of charge.
